2019 Reading Week Conference At UNR

Please see below for an opportunity for teachers to engage in conversation with leaders in the field of reading. The conference will feature discussions on visible learning and close reading, supporting English Learners in the classroom and representatives for multicultural children's books.  See the flier for more details.

Dayton Intermediate Theater Returns!

Dayton Intermediate School Theater is back in session! The students performed a few plays in late January via Facebook Live for all of their fans to see and enjoy.  The plays performed were "Once Upon a Zoom" by Edith Weiss and "The Boy Who Cried Werewolf" by Daniel Guyton. Even with all the obstacles and adjustments that needed to be made, the students did a fantastic job! Way to go DIS Theater!  The DIS Theatre class is led by National Board Certified Teacher Lindsay Etter!
