YHS student selected to NIAA/One Nevada top 10 Student-Athletes!

Congratulations to Lindsay Mattice on her selection to the Nevada Interscholastic Activities Association (NIAA)/One Nevada Credit Union Top 10 Student-Athletes of the Year in Northern Nevada. On Tuesday, April 30th, Lindsay will attend an award's banquet at the Peppermill Resort in Reno.

As an award recipient, she will receive a total of $1,000 (a $500 personal check from the NIAA and $500 check from One Nevada)!

Dayton Intermediate Theater Returns!

Dayton Intermediate School Theater is back in session! The students performed a few plays in late January via Facebook Live for all of their fans to see and enjoy.  The plays performed were "Once Upon a Zoom" by Edith Weiss and "The Boy Who Cried Werewolf" by Daniel Guyton. Even with all the obstacles and adjustments that needed to be made, the students did a fantastic job! Way to go DIS Theater!  The DIS Theatre class is led by National Board Certified Teacher Lindsay Etter!
