Three Lyon County School District Lego Robotics Teams to Compete This Weekend!

This weekend is the Reno competition for Lego Robotics!  Three teams from Lyon County School District will be competing:

Crooked Gears from Riverview Elementary School
D.I.R.T from Dayton Intermediate School
Guardians of the Bricks from Silverland Middle Sschool

Saturday, January 27, 2018

Where: 
Pine Middle School
4800 Neil Rd
Reno, NV 89502

The competition begins @ 8:30AM
Opening Ceremony for Robotics portion @ 12PM
Closing Ceremony @ 3:45PM

Dayton Intermediate School Theater is back in session! The students performed a few plays in late January via Facebook Live for all of their fans to see and enjoy.  The plays performed were "Once Upon a Zoom" by Edith Weiss and "The Boy Who Cried Werewolf" by Daniel Guyton. Even with all the obstacles and adjustments that needed to be made, the students did a fantastic job! Way to go DIS Theater!  The DIS Theatre class is led by National Board Certified Teacher Lindsay Etter!
